Each service will begin with an initial email briefing + complimentary 30-minute discovery call for both the client + designer to discuss the project request. I understand that sometimes a request won't work out as anticipated, so I decided to offer this free "discovery call," so that the client + designer can learn more about the request and see if project expectations can be achieved. If the designer decides that project expectations can be reached and the client decides to move forward, the client + designer will then schedule a follow-up call (charged hourly) to determine a clear project scope + strategy. If the client has a brand identity guide/package, they are to send that (and any other important assets) over to the designer for review, leading up to the follow-up call.
