CPT.fit is a fitness brand run by certified personal trainer and fitness influencer Claire Thomas. Claire came to me with an idea for a new limited edition merch collection that showcases her motto "Work Hard and Be Nice to People" and a mountain theme that symbolized her western USA roots. This launch is extra special to her because the mountain design features her favorite place in the world, Mt. Hood, Oregon. While this specific mountain might not have significant meaning to most of you, mountains in general have universal significance. They are symbols of inspiration, challenge, beauty & opportunity and are amazing forms of nature; however, Claire wants to put emphasis on our mental mountains — "that we must climb & overcome all the doubts, disbelief & fear in our minds in order to achieve great heights." She says, "When you wear this new apparel & look yourself in the mirror, I hope that you are reminded that you are capable of anything you’re willing to work hard enough for. Oh, & I hope it reminds you to be nice to people, too. That’s also really important."
