Sprout Activity Book

In partnership with 1889 Jefferson Center for Population Health, some former colleagues and I collaborated to form Sprout, a brand where kids can experiment with, enjoy and educate themselves on healthy foods — in order to live healthy active lifestyles. We developed an interactive, educational and sensory product line that serves to educate families and their children, who have or are at risk of Type II Diabetes, on the importance of eating healthy and staying active. We specifically researched and conducted studies on a rural community in Johnstown, PA. I specifically focused on creating a children's activity book designed to help educate kids on this subject matter.
