Conshohocken FunFest 2023 Logo

The Conshohocken Funfest committee came to me with the opportunity to design their 2023 festival logo. Having lived in the Philadelphia area for 5 years and visited the "Conshy" area several times (for their spectacular eateries and historic charm) this was an exciting project for me to take on. The client allowed me creative reign over the design, while maintaining the colors of last year's logo. I wanted to keep the design simple and functional (as it would be used on t-shirt, banners, signage and other promotional material). I also wanted it to be fun and cartoon-y (hence the name "FunFest"), so I came up with this concept: a center view of Fayette St. (the main street where the festival will be held), with the title arched like the skyline.

The Funfest has become a long-standing community event since 1993 and wouldn't be made possible if it weren't for the residents, businesses, volunteers, and donors who have dedicated their time and resources. They also have live music, outdoor restaurant dining, arts and crafts vendors, community groups, sponsor tables and a dedicated children's area with free games and activities games. This year's festival will be held on September 16, 2023 at 12PM, so if you're local or looking for something to do on a crisp fall weekend in September, check out FunFest!
